From Lettershop to Full-Service Campaign Partner
Mailstar started in 1990 as a Rochester-area lettershop — a focused operation that knew postal logistics inside and out. Over the following decades, the team recognized that clients needed more than a place to process mail. They needed a true end-to-end partner: one who could design the piece, print it, address it, and get it in front of the right people without the client ever having to juggle vendors.
That’s the company Mailstar became. From Concept to Results isn’t just a tagline — it’s how every job is approached. Today, working from our full-service facility at 600 Mile Crossing Boulevard in Rochester, the Mailstar team handles everything from a single postcard to multi-touch direct mail campaigns for businesses, nonprofits, and organizations across the region.
